Agribusiness

With the water resources of Southern Africa mostly confined within the ZMMGT countries. In the face of constant droughts and climate impacts, agricultural activities in the ZMMGT countries under irrigation will help to secure the regional food security. We believe that the ZMMGT would become the breadbasket of Africa, with its lands being exponentially used for agriculture production. We assist clients in developing agribusiness projects in the fields of cropping and livestock farming, as well as designing and the development of agro-industrial projects to serve as a value addition component. At any stage of the project cycle we can incorporate alternative strategies, by identifying and implementing viable alternatives inorder to achieve environmental sustainability in line with the ESG standards.

Carbon Development & Brokers

We provide environmental services that specialize in the development and aggregation of carbon farming projects. We work with landholders across the region both under private or customary land tenure as Carbon Developers and Brokers to develop carbon projects that increase carbon sequestration in forests and soil to reduce emission of greenhouse gases (GHG), while improving land management and helping landowners diversify their income streams to build more resilient businesses from nature-based solutions.

Energy Services

According to Sustainable Energy for All (SE4ALL) data, the electricity access in the ZMMGT region is estimated at 24 percent overall, with 42% of the urban and only 6% of the rural population having access to grid electricity. We are working with partners to address the ZMMGT’s energy needs to wean off its population from the usage of wood energy resources that is also a causative factor to deforestation. We will engage with partners both local and foreign to meet the region’s growing energy demand, to address this challenge we will use solar, regenerative hydropower, biomass (utilizing rice husks), municipal solid waste (MSW) using the Waste-to-energy plants, and other green energy sources to meet the regional electricity demands; through the Southern African Power Pool (SAPP), a regional electricity body that has created a common power grid between countries and a common market for electricity in the SADC region.
